If you just added a product to your cart but you get this 'Cart Empty' screen
It is because your browser is not accepting our system's cookie. The cart needs to save a cookie with your cart
identification, so it associates you with your cart. The cookie is destroyed when you finish shopping or close your
browser. You can do one of the following to make your browser accept the cart cookie:
- Change your Privacy setting to a level lower than High. You can set your Privacy level if you click on Tools on
Internet Explorer menu, then on Internet Options, then on the Privacy tab.
- Keep your current Privacy setting but set your browser to accept cookies from our cart. To do this, you can click
on View on Internet Explorer menu, then on Privacy Report. You will see a window with a list of sites you have visited.
Find the site address that matches your browser address bar. One of them will have a Blocked message on the cookie
column, "This will be us".
Click on this
line, and then on Summary button. You will then see some radio buttons in the lower left area of the window. Choose
small window. In the 'Cart Empty' screen, click on 'Continue Shopping' and try adding the product to your cart again.
